Get inspired and experience student interpretations of such classics as Art Spiegelman’s “Maus” in this unique exhibition of socially conscious graphic novelettes by students in the Vic One Norman Jewison Stream for Imagination and the Arts. Graphic novelist and printmaker George Walker will present an artist talk about the history of the wordless graphic novel and his publication, Book of Hours. A compilation of student novelettes, The Book of Norman, will be available as a free, limited-run publication at the event.
