Flowing directly from the previous exhibit “s u f f i c i e n t”. Sculpture, stones, pedestals and a painting entitled ‘Renaissance’ transform the space into an expression of order, precision and quietness which is, simply, ‘sufficient’.
Most shows at Gallery Arcturus happen spontaneously, inspired in part by what has preceded.
The phase now underway at Gallery Arcturus allows three painters to work with a series of objects and each translate what is seen.
The gallery will be evolving throughout the summer with artists creating work responsive to the current environment.
As always, visitors are welcome to come in for any length of time, view the work in progress or to sit, write or contemplate.
