The active surface patterns and convincing textural details are achieved by using different types of wood, with different grains &amp; surfaces\u2026.\u201d. Winner of numerous awards, she is represented in the National Gallery of Art, Queen&#8217;s University, Winnipeg Art Gallery, &amp; Montreal Museum of Fine Arts among others.<\/p>\n<p>A retrospective show of Gwyneth Traver&#8217;s artwork (buildings of Kingston) was held in the summer of 2011 at the Agnes Etherington Art Centre at Queen&#8217;s University.
