\u00a0About the artists:<\/p>\n

Catherine Heard<\/strong>\u00a0is an artist whose compelling, visceral, often unsettling work in a diverse range of media has been exhibited widely, across Canada the United States and internationally.<\/p>\n

Daniel Erban<\/strong>\u00a0is a Montreal-based artist who has long been involved with artist-run culture. Erban has produced a remarkably extensive body of challenging and expressive paintings, drawings and prints throughout his career.<\/p>\n

Ed Pien<\/strong>\u00a0is a Toronto-based artist. His drawings, installations and video work have been exhibited nationally and internationally. Pien currently teaches at the Ontario College of Art and Design and the University of Toronto.<\/p>\n

Toronto-based artist\u00a0Fiona Smyth<\/strong>\u00a0produces vibrant and energetic drawings, paintings and new media work which is widely recognized and highly acclaimed for its distinctive style.<\/p>\n

The work of\u00a0Michael Deforge<\/strong>\u00a0has appeared in numerous gallery exhibitions and publications including Carousel Magazine, Vice Magazine and The Walrus. DeForge was a 2008 National Magazine Awards nominee in the category of \u201cBest Illustration.\u201d<\/p>\n

Seth Scriver<\/strong>\u00a0is a graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and is currently represented by Katharine Mulherin Contemporary Art Projects.<\/p>\n

Balint Zsako<\/strong>\u00a0works in painting, drawing, photography, sculpture and mixed media and has been exhibited in Canada, South Korea and Hungary.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
